She is dead - and apparently from what I have heard it was a combination of anti-depressant drugs and methadone - the same thing that killed her son - something smells rotten in Denmark don't you think?

Yes, she is dead. There are reports of a drug overdose, but no one knows for sure. The autopsy is going on right now, hopefully we will know more after that.
