This isn't the first time he has pulled something like this, he made a comment that you can't work at 7-11 in Delaware unless you are from India**. He also boasted that he will be successful in the South, because Delaware was a slave state. Now THAT'S something to be proud of. ** I guess this was a follow-up to Sen. Clinton's statement that Gandhi was working at a gas station in Queen's, NY. Hey Prufrock, I interpretted the statement differently, the "clean" is what caught my eye. And while you are all saying it is a compliment, Biden did say one thing that rings true, the part about having no plan or tactic, just smooth talk.

The biggest racist Democrat was Strom Thurmond and he was still the biggest racist in office when he turned Republican. And, Jesse Helms was the second biggest racist ever in modern politics. And,his buddy Trent Lott and has taken his place as a very racist politician. You should do your research before you spew. If Byrd was so racist, he wouldn't be getting the black vote in his state. And, we all know he does.

Probabley Bobby Bird because of his age. He may be a racist but he did alot of good for my home state of West Virginia. He is a pretty smart ole bird!
