I need help finding a really good comfortable pair of boots for women in EMS.?

My boots that i have now are getting worn and I need a new pair, but I don't like the ones I've got. They make the feetsies hurt. Any suggestions. I've looked at some from a company called Globe Magnum and I really liked them but can't find them anywhere. Thanks.
