That is the grossest thing I have ever seen! They dont even look round. They look like torpedos. And I think they are bigger then basketballs lol. Terrible, why would someone do that to themselves?

No; other than the breasts(which were a little less ponderous at the end of her life), that pic looks nothing like Anna Nicole Smith. She'd need a LOT of makeup.
