if i know his/her email id or there name ,how can i find that person ?

Since u know his/her email id, ask them through mail only, giving reasons for ur interest in her/him. And If he/she is not interested in giving there address then forget about it. Have u got some specific cause to know there address then firstly clarify that cause/intension. Is it a problem or confusion? seems to be more of a confusion then a problem.

since anyone can make up any name and address on an email. about the only one I know of who can crack it would be the fbi. Then they would trace the ips server back to the computer.
