on the box, it say the plug is 6.5 mm? it's obviously too big for my microphone jack. is there any sort of adapter that i can get, or another place on my computer i can try to plug it in?
(if there IS an adapter...what would you reccommend that is reliable and pretty cheap?)

Radio shack will have an adapter for 1.99.

Go to Radio Shack and get a 1/4" to 1/8" (male) jack adapter. They'll know what that means, and there is nothing really to break, so most any shouldbe reliable.
These are also usefull if you have nice headphones with the larger plug and want to plug it into your ipod.

you'll neen an adapter. go to your local electronics store and get one. bring the mic with you just in case but it should be 1/4" to 1/8". most all adapters are the same in performance. should be a couple bucks.

Not sure if you live close to a Radio Shack. But if you take what you have in there, they will surely have an adaptor

Yes, you need an adapter... any brand will work, (it's not anything technical enough to be one brand better than another one!)
