I need to take one tablet before waking up and 1 after going to sleep. How the heck can i do this?

Tell the Doctor to send his bill after he goes to sleep and you will pay it before you wake up.

You probably misunderstood him.
He probably said to take 1 tablet after waking up, & 1 before going to sleep. I think you inverted the "before" & "after".

I'm not sure if this can help, but what you can do is call your doctor and ask him again, you could have got the wording wrong. He could have said, "Take a pill before you go to bed, and take one after you wake up
(or maybe he got the wording wrong)

Obviously either he told it wrongly or you understood it wrongly. Even if you ask some one else to give you the tablet, you need to wake up for taking the medicine.

LOL..sorry, that's funny. Why didn't you ask him how exactly you are suposed to do that right after you go to sleep? If it were me I would have probably sat there with a Huh??? look on my face and my head tilted to the left. Just call him and make sure that is what he meant.

What he should have said was, "Take one at bedtime, and 1 when you wake up." He just mixed up his words...not too cool for a doctor. Feel better :)

he got his info mixed up - he probably meant 1 before you sleep and 1 when you wake up

seriously though, I think he meant one before you go to bed and one when you wake up...if your not sure just call them and they will call you back and let you know for sure...
