I am trying to find a way from Des Moines, Iowa to Tulsa, Oklahoma round trip..I do not have a license and I have two children...I am trying to find the cheapest way..

Unless you can find someone who is driving there and would like passengers who would share expenses, your best bet is the bus, as suggested above.

I guess go Greyhound. You have a terminal right down town in Des Moines.

Try www.greyhound.com. You might even be able to get some kind of discount.
