This might've been a tougher question back when T-Mac was in Orlando like 3-4 years ago, averaging 30 points per game, but those days are over. T-Mac's ailing back has slowed him down, and he doesn't look to be as sharp of a shooter, granted T-Mac has been playing well recently.
So your answer is Kobe. And has been for years. Look no further than Kobe's 81 point game last year to know just how dangerous he really is.

From a shooting form standpoint, Kobe is better. TMac has his off hand helping flick the ball in his shot, a classic shooting flaw that impacts consistency. If I can pick my shooter to win a game on the free throw line or with an open jumper, I pick Kobe over McGrady.

Kobe. They won't play the same position though, Kobes a shooting gaurd, t-mac is a small forward.

Kobe by far, and if you watched the game on TNT or Cold Pizza, they say he is a better shooter than MJ himself, thats where his potential lies, he is a pure shooter. T-Mac is more of a slasher, in the mode of a Vince Carter, they are more apt to make a flashy play, yeah he can hit a shot, but he is a slasher.
