The person you are buying it from can put it on a plane. Should get to you in a couple of hours!

If it's close, driving. If it's faraway,you fly.Either of driving or flying, then make plan for over night or one day stay in hotel before you pick the dog up. Most airports/airlines don't allow the dogs to be transported in the cargo without the rabies vaccination from the vet and owner certificate and without see them in the person.
