My husband and I are TTC, i have been taking my BBT each morning, which has been a consistent 98.1. The last 3 days it has been up to 98.4 or 98.6, when i get my periods i never experiance any cramps, and today i have been having occasional, slight cramps in my lower belly and also am feeling lightheaded and tired. I dont think its ovulation because its been 33 days since my last period, and even though i have irregular periods i am prolly due for it pretty soon which gives me the impression that i would have ovulated at an earlier date than now. Has anyone had this before, and what did it turn out to be? or does anyone have any idea what i could be experiancing? serious answers only please, i appreciate it and thanks!

your ovulating your temp goes up when you begin to ovulate, if you become pregnant it stays up otherwise it goes down. this is not a reliable way to diagnose pregnancy by the way

You know, that happened to me. At the time when I hadn't had my period for 30+ days or so I remembered getting cramps in my lower belly and back and felt tired & sleepy. I thought this meant I was about to get my period, but I didn't get it. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative,..and around 40+ days I had similar symptoms and still no period. I then thought maybe "pregnancy"... but the test was negative. When I didn't get my period for 55+ days I went to the Dr and she told me that tests show that I'm not pregnant and I "just skipped a period".

She said skipping your period is okay, it happens, and asked me if there was any stress.
She also told me to record BBT, and that will show me if I'm ovulating.

Hope this helps.

Well since your bbt is up it sounds like it may be a pregnancy....and the cramping may be implantation cramps...and being tired and lightheaded are signs of pregnancy as well.....Take a test...since you are on day 33 since last period it may very well give you your answer now! Good Luck!

It sounds to me like your prenant! I work at Michaels the Arts and Crafts store and when I was pregnant, I was having hot flashes, very dizzy, slept a lot, my brests hurt, and I had cramping (from implantation). But I had a miscarriage. If you have any other signs, like vomiting, that is good because I didn't have any and that is a sign of a miscarriage. If you have the vomiting it usually means that the pregnancy is viable and will be carried full term!! Congrats if you are!!! :)

It's probably just the start of your period - even though when I got pregnant with my first child I thought my period was coming because of the cramping. Take a test, or just wait it out. I know that's frustrating, but it's the only way!
