it could be any number of things, like lack of excerise, weak stomach muscles, poor mattress, or maybe you should see a doctor or chiropractor, because it could be more serious, like a strained muscle, or a slipped disc. or pinched nerve.

The real cause of lower backache is the movement of your lower extremities doubled in which your muscle, bones and your energy destabilizes to be stretched. Exercising your lower body parts will help reduce the pain or medicine that can cure it. Sitting down for too long, old age, and other activities that uses your lower body.
Try to exercise daily and eat good food for sustainance.

lower backaches are generally caused by weak muscles in the back *and* in the abdomen. backaches happen when the muscles you use to lift things and hold yourself straight get tired and cramped. your back muscles need to be strong to hold you upright, and your abdomen muscles need to be strong to balance your back muscles. strengthening these muscles will make it easier to move and work without pain. ask a trainer at a gym for excercizes specifically to strengthen your back and abdomen. don't forget to treat those muscles like any others you're excercizing... stretch and warm up before and after, and apply gentle heat if they hurt.
