don't panic first. It is very close by. Take an auto. the fare would not exceed 20 to 30 rs. U can stay at koti ... but that is a very rushy area. Look for apts at Sanath nagar, ameerpet. Good luck!

The safest way is to take a bus.
Route No 40 takes you straight from in front of SC station to Koti Bus terminus, which is a minutes walk from OMC. Excellent frequency. It will take 40mins to reach.
Alternately, Bus no 1 from Rathifile bus terminus, beside SC station, takes you to OMC. Ask for Koti bus stop. It takes 30 mins to reach, but the bus will always be jam-packed.
By Auto you need to shell out close to 40 bucks. Avoid.
