Cheap free ones that you find around?
Ones that you purchase, that can be brought back on the airplane.

My son and I got to Disney Land years ago. I was able to bring home a disney coin, Disney napkins, our tickets and a Disney Dollar. All these went in our scrap binder, that I put together when I got home.

My son never packs t-shirts for the trip. He purchases at least one per day that he wears the next day. The average price of one is about $25.00. (But don't be afraid to approach a salesperson in a shop and ask if they have any clearance or sale items. This past year we were able to get some as cheap as $8.99!)
One thing I try to tell everyone- if you are going to buy something, let it be something that says, "Walt Disney World". You could purchase all kinds of things with Mickey, Goofy, the Princesses, etc, but many of these are also available in your local Wal-Mart or Disney Store.
I have a pin collection. This can become expensive as there are so many pins available ranging in price from $6.00- over $25.00!)
So I have learned to narrow down my choices and not just buy the ones that "catch my eye". For example, I purchase a pin at whatever resort we are staying at- or if we visit one for something, such as Chef Mickey's is in the Contemporary Resort, and the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show is in the Polynesian so I purchased pins from those resorts.
Some of the free things you can find are swizzle sticks from the drinks, napkins, some restaurants offer paper menues, if you are in one of the Disney resorts, you will find Mickey soap & shampoo in your room. At many of the food courts, you can find paper plates shaped like Mickey. I have also kept the wristband from Extra Magic Hours to use on scrapbook pages.
Hope some of this helps. Have a Magical Day!

I've visited Disney World a couple times and yes, everything in there is a RIP OFF according to the price. I'd say the cheapest thing you could possible buy and give to someone is a keychain. The pens are a rip off so don't buy those. If you can splurge a little bit, then buy a T shirt. Everyone wears t-shirts even when they go to bed.
Other than that, if you were really cheap, then just buy a few postcards, but nobody really does anything with them anyways.

Keep your park maps since they show special events which happened specifically on your trip. You can look back and see what was different in the parks years from now as well.
Park tickets are another keepsake that works great for scrapbooks.
As for purchased souveniers - the items I like best are the home decor stuff in my home. We have a Goofy universal remote control, a vintage Monorail System Disney World Poster, a hand-crafted (made in Italy) limited edition Mickey Lamp (I sold them in the Galleries so I got a discount!), Mickey Mouse drink coasters, etc.... They are fun little touches throughout our home and its fun to always see those items and remember fun times.

Burgers, fries, and a drink will run you $10 each and each meal at Disney. you'll tire of that and decide something a touch better expensive ultimately. in case you devour each and each meal interior a Disney park, then anticipate to spend about $2 hundred on nutrition on my own. depending how a lot you opt on to spend on sovenirs, then anticipate yet another $2 hundred-three hundred for that. I have a better effective idea for you than taking an empty suitcase for souvenirs: Fill that suitcase with snacks that you want that are sufficiently small to take into the park. My relatives loaded a suitcase with fruit snacks and potential bars and carried them with us in our fanny packs. We also offered powdered gatorade and mixed it with bottled water that we also added with us so shall we drink something with a touch style. on the proper of the week, we had eaten all the snacks contained in the suitcase, then we had an empty suitcase to take residing house souvenirs in!

Something you can get that is really cheap and cute are mickey shaped straws. They are a little over a dollar and are sold att all of the hotels. Also pens are great and for scrapbooking postcards are awesome.

My favorite souveniers from ANYWHERE are Christmas tree ornaments.
Whenever my family and I go on vacaction.. I buy an ornament from whereever we go.. and my girls LOVE to decorate the tree.. and they remember how lucky they are... and reminisce about all the fun places they've been.. and they do that year after year...
Everything else is just silly to me..
Hats, stuffed animals.. shot glasses.. blah.
