I've gotten conflicting results to this throughout my entire life. Some say I'm a scorpio. Others say I'm a sagitarius. Neither quite fits. My mother is uncertain of the time of birth. I was born by c-section sometime around mid-day

Will appreciate any insight.

On November 22nd, 1972 the sun was actually in Libra (moving into Scorpio the next day).

The thing is that the horoscopes that are popular today are outdated and no longer accurate. There is actually a wobble in the Earth's orbit so the relative star positions change every couple thousand years. There are now 13 zodiac signs and the times are different.

According to the traditional horoscopes the sun would be moving into sagitarius, but the astronomical reality is that it's moving out of Libra.

I was born on November 22 also! However, I was born on that day in 1955. Like you, I have always wondered if I was technically a Scorpio - or a Sagittarius.

I was born in Los Angeles at 7:20 a.m. If anyone out there is knowledgeable enough to answer this burning question for you, perhaps they will be so kind as to answer it for me, as well! Just drop me a line - I'd sure appreciate it!!!!

According to both the tropical & sidereal (Jyotisha) zodiac, you are a Scorpio (♏). However, according to the IAU (International Astronomical Union), the sun was actually closest to Libra (♎) at the time of your birth. Note 1: If you are Judeo-Christian, you should not practice astrology. It is anti-Biblical. Please see the tract in my Sources section. Note 2: If the sign characters don't show up on your computer and you see boxes or question marks instead, you need to download a Unicode font such as the free GNU Unifont.
