I brought two dungaree pants for my granddauther and they don't fit .I call the store to see if they could change it .I was told if they are not on sale u can chance it .And I brought it on 2-3-07.Can and store do that if only it been six day ago. Help! ps.I'm wrting this caughts I can not find the recipt.

Without a receipt they can do pretty much what they want. I am sure it is posted somewhere that without a receipt they will not excange items.

You can search the BBB here...http://search.bbb.org/ but I don't see it doing you any good since this is your fault and not the fault of the business.

If you can't find the receipt to return and the store policy states that you need a receipt to return the pants, why is it the store's fault if you lost the receipt? This is not a legitimate BBB complaint, this is your own fault.
