If I apply for a more or less competitive undergrad course (or competitive) by the end of March and the midst of April, what are my chances of getting into the university? For example, I really want to go to LCF, but it is a very competitive school. And since my school only ended in January, I will only be able to finish the application in UCAS by the end of March or the midst of April. (because of TOEFL and IELTS exams which aren't that frequent)
I have been dying to go to UK, and I don't know exactly what are my chances of getting in. I currently live in Brazil. Please someone help me!

As you are looking at applying to LCF, and an arts-based course (and so 'Route B'), the UCAS application deadline is March 24th (It should be the same for International students!).
If you apply before this date, then you will still have the same chance as everyone else to get on the course -Even though some people may have applied through 'Route A', there will still be spaces available for Route B applicants.

As to being an International student, the University of the Arts (which LCF is a part of) has a huge number of international students, so you should find decent support if you do get in!
For the IELTS exams, I don't know for sure, but I think that as long as you have completed it before you actually start in Sept/Oct (they will want proof at enrolment), I wouldn't have thought it mattered if you had it when applying (though they may want to know that you are studying for it). If you arent sure, you can easily e-mail the college!

I would say you should definitely give it a go- there's no harm in trying! It is competitive, but if you are committed, and passionate about what you do (and this reflects in your portfolio!) then you shouldn't have a problem!

Good Luck!

You are a non-EU student so the university will be able to charge you full fees. Ker-ching! They want you. If you tell them in advance that you are doing IELTS you may be able to apply ahead.

PS there are ten squillion buzillion Brazilians studying in all kinds of posh and high ranking UK universities, so clearly there is a way.
