100% south beach.i have been there many times,alot of good clubs around.the beaches are also good even though all the beaches in miami are the same and theres alot of hot girls there.

South Beach if you have the money to stay there...that's where the action is....maybe in from Collins Ave (A1A) there may be some cheaper acccomodations
