if space is growing, where does it have room to grow, what's beyond that? if our sun is a star, then could there be other planets around those stars?

You can't really ask what's on the other side of space...It's like asking what came before time, or what's infinity plus 1....the answer is nothing (or everything) but it is something our minds can't quite grasp....Everything we know has limits and boundaries and dimensions so there really is no sufficient analogy.

There are currently an estimated billion billion planets in the universe, that's 1,000,000,000,000,000,000...
Most are thousands of lightyears away, so visiting one will be difficult...But we have seven (sorry Pluto) pretty close by....

To answer the second part of your question, not only could there be planets around other stars, we have actually discovered over 200 planets around other stars.

all stars are drifting further apart. where this space comes from nobody realy knows noone has yet been to the end of the universe.

and your second question, is Yes. infact many planets outside our solar system have already been found and named.

wether there are aliens living on them we dont know. most planets are cold dar kbits of rock, but you never know.

Yes, there could very well be other planets, other lifeforms. Yes, space is infinite like the universe is infinite. No one really knows what is beyond. Perhaps you'll be one who will be...
