Carlos Mencia. im not a fan of comedians though because of all the cussing (yeah, im a loser) but he is hilarious. its funny because its true!

Adam Sandler hands down. The man is a comedic genius. Carlos Mencia is funny, but NOBODY can top Mr. Sandler.

Considering Carlos Mencia is actually a half-German racist whose whole career is based on people thinking he's Mexican, I'm going to go with Adam Sandler. But that's only because a lump of cheese is funnier than Carlos Mencia, so it's no great victory for Sandler.

Adam sandler was defintly better than mencia in the old days of happy gilmore and billy madison. Carlos mencia is just a ripoff of dave chappele. Dave is the only reason mencia has a show

even though his comidy has gone in the wrong direction in the past films (they haven't been too good), i would have to say Adam Sandler, because Carlos Mencia is funny, but it's always about the same things!
