Yes !
Divorce is a huge step but you are obviously happy without him so it may take time to get to the divorce but why wait to be happy with someone else

Not at all, If the divorce isn't final, it's not final - cut and dry.
If I wanted to date a man who was separated, I would hang tight until all the loose ends are taken care of. Then when if/when we do get around to dating then there will be nothing lingering in the back of my head (about it not being final, possible relapse, etc.). I just think it's bad business.

well if she's been seperated for that long why doesn't she go through with the divorce people might say? well sometimes theres the money problem of filling all the papers, it's just a chance you have to take.

Yes, If you like each other why not???? it's been a year!! she obviously is not going back together with her ex.
Also, if she wants to file for divorce, she has wait one full year before applying.

good luck =)

i would not date someone just separated as if u fell in love with her, u would be hurt if she decided to go back with her husband. she is still married, and anything can happen if u put faith into a relationship with a married person and they are still tied to someone else, can bring u alot of pain especially if it ends and she goes back to the husband.

I wouldnt because she is still married to this man and she might get mixed feelings...so the best thing to do is just be a friend for now

I wouldn't suggest it. She's still MARRIED, and there's always a chance of them getting back together, if there wasn't she'd be DIVORCED.
