In the book speak at the end does the girl get saved by the lacrosse team or volleyball team?

I am quite sure it is the Lacrosse team. Her (former) friend Nicole, who is on the team, hears the commotion in the hallway.

Well she doesn't actually get saved by them. I mean if you're talking about the part where she's in the closet at the school, she just lucky in that instance and nobody actually comes to her rescue.
