Looking for the ID / Name for this 'actress' who was 'Diane' in the 80s video w/ J C Mellencamp. A friend said they went to school together in Redding CA (but she forgets the name...)

That was a cool song. In fact, that album he released (Uh-Huh) was a breakthrough in his music career. I would think he was referring to Jack and Diane in terms of his personal life with him and his then ex. Who knows someone else might have a better answer to your question.
