Any job which requires data modeling. For example, Goldman Sachs hires some math majors as financial analysts. In this case, you would do financial models. There are many research firms which do data modeling like car accident research for insurance firms and trail lawyers. In most cases, you'll need a graduate degree to move up the chain. It's one of those majors that need a graduate degree to complement it.
