What program were you in?

I have found over the years that when I have a problem, the problem is usually me.

Next time you want to print a document or spreadsheet, in Word click the "print preview" button to see how many pages there actually are. If something is amiss, click the "show/hide" button (to the left of the percent) to see any unwanted returns or whatever.

When you print, on the left side, it will ask for pages to print. If you see, for example, 100 and you know you only have 2 pages, indicate that it should print pages 1-2.

With Excel, again you can click the print preview button. If it shows hundreds of pages, go to the line following your last line of data. Click on the number. It should highlight. Now, Control + End to the end of file. cl Edit, Delete. This will remove unwanted lines. Click print preview again.
