Take a flight from Bangalore to Bangkok on Thai Airways and then get a connecting flight to Vietnam. Easy.. just use your Credit Card pal..

Actually Sri Lankan Airlines offers the best fares but you'll have to stop over in Colombo and Bangkok before continuing on to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (via Thai Airways or Guruda Indonesian airlines). Check with Sri Lankan.

Well, you can buy an airplane ticket through travel agency, then go to the airport, then they will fly you to VN.
If you're looking for jobs, I think Bankok Thailand will offer you more opportunities, plus I heard the Western customers give better tips if you do a good job;)
