For the last couple of days this has been happening how can I stop it from doing this. Do I need to get more Ram, and will this solve the problem?

Ignore Fred. Your problem lies in your virtual memory settings. A program might have altered these, or you may be low on available hard disk space.

To check your vitural memory settings in windows XP (Similar in other versions):

Start> Control Panel> System> Advanced Tab> Settings button under 'Performance'> Advanced Tab> Change button under 'Virtual Memory'>

The best thing to do is set "System Managed Size" on all drives. If this is already set, make sure you have at least 1GB free hard disk space.

Its not a big deal you just have to adjust you paging files
heres how
Right click on my computer>select properties>go to the Advanced tab>Under Performance click Settings>you will see a new window>Go to the Advanced Tab>The last section at the bottom under Virtual Memory click Change>Under Paging file size for selected drive, check the box for System Managed Size then> Set>Apply>Ok>Restart you PC
Hope it helps

Yes, adding more RAM can help. Increasing the virtual memory can too.

Hahaha. you must be using a piece of crap. It says that because it is running under Real Mode. 32-bit protected mode computers don't usually show that message. So change your computer.
