How did she died,and who's going to get custody of her daughter?

I read this morning that she choked on her own vomit. As soon as they get the DNA results back, the baby can go with her daddy (hopefully).

we will find out about the autopsy next week or 2 and as for her daughter, the child is with the nanny on an island and being cared for.
Now that Nicole is dead, I'd imagine her partner Howard Stern is not going to fight for the custody of the child because he is the adopted father and the biological father is somewhere in California and was totally out of Anna's life

The court is finding out who the real father is but for now she is with some of Anna's friends in the Bahammas or however you blood spell it. The only sad thing is the daughter never getting the chance to grow up with her mother.

I'm only sad that she's going to be all over the news. There are better things to report. However, I hope her daughter winds up with the real father. She deserves a good start.

autopsy is going on right now, and since the biological father of her daughter has not yet been determined, she will go to anna's mother until all the legal stuff has been figured out

It is really, really sad..
To be honest, I could never stand her..she really got on my nerves, and now that she's gone it makes me feel bad..
I have no idea how she died or who's gonna take her daughter though..sorry.

free-basing coke...and the dna tested father will get that baby..the worst thing about it is...do any of those men really care about that baby...or what money taking that baby will end up giving them...that kid is screwed.
