My mom did when she was young. She blacked out and hit her head a sink and had to be rushed to the ER.
People die from it. I hope you're not thinking of trying it.

Whoever does this deserves to be killed just for the fact of how stupid this whole concept is. I bet whoever came up with this is choked himself a bit to much because I doubt he was an Einstien. Just a bunch of bored kids looking to past the time, this is why TV is created so you don't have to choke yourselves.
