my optometrist told me that would cure my burning eyes... but i think it's making it worse... what do you think???

Noooooooo, it hasn't nothing to do with the lemon juice. There is likely some plant nearby that has released a chemical into the air. I think you should call in a fumigator and have them completely purify your home.
P.S. The lemon juice works even better when you add pure alcohol.

Dude you must have a terriable eye doctor if he said that. Maybe the goal is to do it so your eyes will be resistant to the acid in lemon juice, in which case better keep at it.

You should stop. Lemons have citric acids, and putting that somewhere as sensitive as your eyes could really damage them. I recommend getting a new eye doctor.

Damn!!!!!!!!! thats the worse optometrist ever...there are lots of simple medications for that... my sister suffers the same.. n she only buys that visine prodcut and shes was ready to go!
