Me & my friends usually exchange gifts but other than that I just treat it like a regular day....
buy some candy or do something sweet for the people you love. I remember one year I gave all my friends a yellow rose and candy. I felt good at the end of the day even though I didn't have a sweetie to celebrate with.

Well, you still have 4 days to find a date before V-Day. Or you could have a Ladies' Night Out with single girlfriends and hit the mall or a club or go see a movie like "Because i Said So"
Or you could do what i've done for years before i found my BF and buy youself a dozen of your favorite flowers, along with a card and a cute stuffed animal and eat a box of chocolates and a carton of Ben & Jerry's while watching a Romantic Comedy movie marathon ;p

You can still celebrate friendship!
Call a couple of your single girlfriends and make it a girls night out. You can make it more fun by telling everyone to wear red sexy outfits, go out, have a drink, and make guys drool for you ;)
