266.7. If you want any conversion in future, just type it into Google. For example, I typed '10.5 inches in mm' and it came up saying '10.5 inches = 266.7 millimeters'. Works for any conversion.

Number 1; in 1in:12ft, 12ft of park show for every in of paper. For the other, only 1ft shows. So the first scale shows more park with 'smaller' features. Number 2; 1:1.9 :: x:9.5 ----> x = 9.5/1.9 = 5 ft Number 3; 2:3. Best way for proportion problems is to use the WORDS first; Girl:Guy :: (2/6)/(3/6) so the ratio of girl/guy is 2:3 Everything in the drawing is life size.

Well its pretty simple really, once you know how to work it out.
First you need to know that:
2.5cm=1 inch
and:
1cm=10mm
so to turn your inches into centimeters you have to times your number by 2.5 so:
10.5x2.5=26.25
and this is centimeters so then you have to make this into milimeters and you do this by timesing you number by ten so:
26.25x10=262.5mm
So your answer is 262.5mm!

1 inch = 2.54 cm
10.5 inches = 10.5 x 2.54 = 26.67cm
1cm = 10mm
so 26.67cm = 266.7 mm
Edited for the 0.04 addition!
