Yes- the same way as some infertile couples or some single women do- they get in-vitro fertilization using sperm from an anonymous sperm donor (sperm bank).

Only if a man decides to impregnate one so they can raise a child together. Or sometimes they can adopt. Or as previous posters have said try the sperm bank. or a lesbian can also be a surrogate mom.

I had a lesbian friend and she did artificial insemination to get pregnant. She has a baby now. Her girlfirend also has a child now from the same donor (unknown)

Some do.
Some gay women may have kids from a hetro relationship, some will use other means to concieve within a gay relationship.
And gay people sometimes get drunk too -they are just as likely to be fertile as anyone else should unplanned hetrosexual intercourse take place!

Yes - they are women - granted they don't get pregnant in the conventional way but yes some of them do get pregnant!

no,they call the international stork society,order a child of any race,then pay the fee,and their you go,takes about 3 weeks,no paper work nothing........but can you believe some of those lesbians actually do artificial insemination..........odd i know

If they haven't gone through menopause they are capable of getting pregnant.
Many of them do choose to have biological children, just as many gay men choose to have biological children.
