It's been a long time opinion of mine that Howard has been a controlling force in Anna's life for the past decade. I don't make it a habit to pass judgement on people, especially people being exploited by the media. However, I make a serious exception when it comes to this person. I don't doubt for one second he would be capable of orchestrating the events of the past year and years past. He has been a key influence in her life for an extremely long time. In my opinion. I read an article online today that said they have interviewed all people in connection to the day of her death and that no one is under suspicion at this time. The judge has already denied an emergency DNA test to be performed on her body until the Feb. 20 hearing. Rale, one of her attorney's said it was deplorable to make such a request. Ok. Keep finding more and more reasons to deny this paternity test to be completed. For over five months her attorney's have managed to prevent this test from being performed. Howard has now managed to have his name put on Dannielynn's birth certificate as her father and he has managed to potentially be 'legally' married to Anna (this is being decided now). I wonder if he's also managed to be written as Anna's Power of Attorney as well. I wouldn't doubt it. What's so sad is that this is all for money..all for greed. What's even sadder is that I don't believe that the powers that be are even interested in investigating this 'motive' he might have had. Everyone (the media) seems to be more interested in getting her autopsy done and filing it away as an unfortunate tragedy due to drug abuse. I hope that there are some powerful people out there that loved Anna and will try to truly investigate her untimely death. She deserves more than to be written off as another victim of drugs and the media. She deserves justice. Anna and her children deserve to be vindicted. Howard has in the past been referred to as her meth pimp on tv newscasts. I hope that those who loved Anna and her children won't just let this man potentially walk away with her inheritance. Again, this is my opinion. I hope that Anna is at peace now with her son and her deceased husband. God be with us all.

someone actually said that Anna was having dreams that Daniel wasn't able to pass over in the after life and he was lost searching for someone to console him and this kept Anna distraught.
I can't say if Howard Stern had anything to do with this and it's not fair for us to assume this, she chose him as her life partner irregardless of what we think we know about these people. Justice will prevail be it 1 month or 10 years from now. People are greedy but at the end of the day it was Anna's choice to do whatever it was she was doing be it drugs, alcohol etc. in her heart she was in turmoil over the loss of her first child, was she feeling guilty about his death, more than likely, did she blame Howard, we will never know. She certainly didn't seem angry at him via the media.
I pray that she and her son has found peace in heaven's arms.

Yea, I think he did it, too. He got rid of Daniel first so it wouldn't look so obvious he did it to inherit Anna Nicole's money. If she'd gone first, Daniel would have been next in line for the cash. Now that she and Daniel are both gone, the money goes to the baby who is (big suprise) in Stern's custody. Of course he doesn't want the pasternity test! If she's not his, there goes his cash! That poor child! Not only has she lost her mom and brother, now she'll be the center of a very expensive tug of war. My heart goes out to her! Would love to see Stern caught and convicted for this, and that poor baby in a loving, happy home.

i dont know who hired annas nurse but couldn she see that anna was a total mess and that she should have been in hospital.what ever happened to that rich guy who wanted every cent for himself.it was annas first rich husbands son .there wasnt that much evidence given out after i wonder if this is going to be hushed up like everything else in hollywood.

If they were legally married and he's the baby's father, he inherits all the money. So let's think about it: is $89 Million Dollars, which is the amount she wins in a settlement, reason enough to get rid of Anna and her son--the only two people standing in the way? Some might say, "It's worth the risk".

They just said on the news that all of anna's prescriptions found in her room were not in her name but they were in Howards Name. This guy so killed her and the son.
I can not wait for him to be arrested.

I do not know if he killed her, but I do not trust that man at all because he is keeping the baby in the Bahamas and trying to prevent a DNA test. I think a test will reveal that Larry Birkhead is the father.

I think he genuinely loved her...and there have been NO reports about her prescritions, etc....that's how rumors get started....
All I can think about is her sweet baby girl growing up without knowing her mother....
Let's all wait until an autopsy is performed and the info released before we start making judgements...

yes I agree with you I suspected him from the beginning
first her son, now her.... I think they may watch him for awhile & it would not surprise me if they arrest him later on ......
or maybe we just watch too many crime shows :)
