i love the house im living in!! it can change its shape and it has a shape and it's hard but soft and smooth! its made from so many substances, but from so few elements! we should enjoy this

The energy that you speak of in the first paragraph is static energy aka static electricity. It can come from many things the carpet builds up lots of static so just walking will build up static when it finally finds a ground it will release. The energy that martial artist speak of is chi or ki. It is the life force everything has chi. So lets not confuse the two Chi comes from your Dan Tien, the Dan Tien is located about your belly button. If you take your hands and lace your fingers together and place your thumbs on your belly button then your hands are covering your Dan Tien. Chi flows through the seven chakras of your body. A healthy way to harvest the energy and find a better understanding of it is Tai Chi, thats also a good place to learn about it, practicing Tai Chi.
