What was the show ( a series) that had an Alien master race (had convinced Earth authorities that their mission was to help earth advance ), used Earth agents ( some had neat wrist bound weapons from the aliens ), had bald heads, had neat transports with a virtual display for control ( similar to a heads up display but the pilot actually "touched" the virtual display to control the ship), the TOP 2 aliens were in conflict?
