i am interested in part-time evening law programs on the west coast that are ABA accredited. I plan on specializing in employment and media/entertainment/law. Any leads?

Law schools have very few "specialized" programs or "concentrations." Just look at a school's course catalog and see how many courses they have in the area you're interested in. Your internships help you the most in getting a job in that area after law school so just work on your grades during law school to get that first internship.

Many law schools have part time programs. Loyola Marymount and Univ of the Pacific are two that I know of off the top of my head. Covers SoCal and NorCal.
