Can you be pregnant and have no symptoms?

Yes, there have been cases reported of women never knowing they were pregnant until they had to be rushed to the hospital. In many ways they were fortunate because they didn't have to go through all the annoying side effects of pregnancy. But in other ways, they missed out on all the joys of pregnancy (i.e., feeling the baby move for the first time).

i didnt kno i was pregnant until i felt the baby move for the first time. i didnt think anything of the chances of me being pregnant because my period was not regular anyways. i slept all the time because i went out alot staying up most of the hours of the nite with friends i would drink sometimes and that was normal to me after i found out i stopped drinking and smoking, i am 38 wks now and now complications baby is healthy and so am i.

yes its been reported a few times that women actually are giving birth and have no clue after rushing to the e.r that they were ever even pregnant, so if certain women can do that, then sure, anything is possible, consider yourself lucky if you dont get all the rappy feelings,, lol

Yes. With my first pregnancy I had implantation bleeding, sore breasts, fatigue and nausea. With this pregnancy, the only thing I have is nausea and it really didn't start until after I found out I was pregnant.

I have heard of it, yes. It happening to me...unfortunately no. But there are cases that some women have had 'perfect' pregnancies where they ate what they wanted, they gained just enough weight, never had morning sickness...the whole nine.
