Dont do it on Valentines day thats sorta corny...buy her a rose or something and see how she handles that then a couple days later ask her out..of if you really want to do it on valentines day then give her the rose and say to you want to be my valentines forever!

Girls really don't like guys who are "nice" I think asking someone out on valentines day may sound nice but that's exaclty why you shouldn't.
Girls like guys who are confident, funny and can take charge.

you should buy her anice girft and make sure its not cheap. get her card and put some serious thought into what you are going to say..........p.s. don't come right out with it make her kno you are interested in her.and when its the rite time just ask her
