Definately Elgin Baylor. He was a 10-time all-star, and won 33 straight games with the Lakers in 1959.

I would have to say that the greatest player to have never earned a championship title would be Kevin Garnett. He can score whenever he wants, rebound over anyone, and can even play point, as seen when Sam Cassel was injured. Even though the Wolves can't seem to put together a great team, he carries them on his shoulders, and they do decently. I can't even remember the last time he didn't have a double-double. Many might argue with this answer by saying Barkley, but K.G. is definitely the best without a championship.

so as: - Stockton - Ewing - Malone - Barkley - Wilkins Jordan owned countless those men lol if he did not play interior of an same era, they could have received some titles regrettably, i do not imagine guys like Mutumbo, Jason Kidd, Steve Nash or Allen Iverson will ever win a ring, quite Iverson. It in basic terms sounds like the way he performs, he will not in any respect fit in with a collection and be a contender at this element. Nash, Mutumbo and Kidd are too old and are going to be driving the bench or retiring quickly.

Well its Karl Malone. Barkley, Dominique Wilkens, Stockton, Ewing are all up there too. But Malone had the scoring titles, an MVP title, an all-star mvp title(co-MVP with Stockton), yet he never could beat the Bulls. Alot of people are saying Garnett, but his career is far from over, he will eventually get on a team with great playoff caliber status and he will get one. But he could come empty like Malone was with the Lakers.

Karl Malone. He only missed 6 games in all of the years he played for the Utah Jazz. That shows some dedication right there. When he went to the Lakers, he helped with the "Kobe-Shaq" problems...trying to keep them from fighting, but he had to have knee surgery, which slowed things down. He did make it to the finals twice, but both times MJ shut him down. Also, he is #2 on the all time scoring list.

The best ever player who never won a championship would be Pete Maravich who was way ahead of his time and a great player.
The best active player to never win a championship would be Lebron James because he is the best player today. But he is still very young.

KG
Malone and Barkley are up there also but I think overall KG is a slightly better basketball player then both of them. They were both there with great teams in the past. KG has been on one okay team and almost got there with his MVP.
9 seasons in a row of >20pts and >10rebs.
9 strait all star selection
1 league MVP
1 All star MVP
7 time all NBA(3 first team)
7 time all NBA defense(6 first team)
2 time NBA regular season leader points per game
3 time NBA regular season leader rebounds per game
2 time NBA regular season leader total rebounds
4 time NBA regular season leader defensive rebounds
NBA regular season leader total points 2004
NBA regular season leader field goals made 2004
19 total triple doubles
First player in NBA history to average at least 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists per game for 6 consecutive seasons
First player in NBA history to reach at least 18,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, 4,000 assists, 1,200 steals, and 1,500 blocks in his playing career
To top it off the guy is 30. 30 and he has already done all of that. He is the best player to never win the championship.
