Yeah, I carry by toothbrush with me and toothpaste.. I brush them before and after church too, after I drink coffee and right before I have a meeting.... Dental hygiene is important to me

In an effort to save our precious natural resource of Water - I try and limit the brushing of my teeth to once a week.

i'm not a dentist, but i will be in two years so let me tell you this: do not brush your teeth directly after you eat something. sure your breath might smell better, but the enzymes in your mouth need to break down the food particles stuck in your teeth and in your gums. if you brush immediatel after, you're doing more damage to your mouth. now after saying this... it's nice to be brushing your teeth 2-3 times a day. if you want to brsh your teeth midday, good for you. i only do it in the morning and one before bed. flossing and tounge scraping is the real trick though. that will determine how fresh your mouth really is.

Yes. There is never any excuse for bad breath. I brush about 5 times a day. Come to think of it that's borderline OCD...

No. I brush my teeth twice a day and i use mouth wash sometimes through out the day whenever i can.

no i just swish around some listerine at work. I for some reason can't trust the water that comes out of the faucet at work.
