i already have go to lots of parties because you never know who you will meet, not staying home on weekends, but i need more any help would be appreciated. thanks

Get involved with the community by volunteering for various causes.
Go to workshops and classes.
Join a Book Club/Poetry Club.
Join a bowling league.
Attend Church.
Join a gym or other classes like karate.
Take chorus or other music classes.
Get involved with Community Theatre (many gay men and many single heterosexual women).
Get involved with Board of Directors of a local non-profit organization.

Walk your dog. (I've found out that there are so many people in a given area who are friendly who you'd never meet because they only go out on foot when they walk their dogs!) Or go to a dog park, have some fun watching people try to get their pet's attention when one dog wants to chase another dog who's chasing a fluff of flowers and dust. Eventually, they'll talk to you!
