If at all India do badly in the World Cup, the non-performers should be sacked and the team should be rebuilt with young and talented players keeping in mind the future

It's not likely that India will do too badly in the world cup but it that happens then the management needs to go back to the drawing board and plan a new strategy to to well in the future. I think India needs to invest in the young players rather than over relying on the old timers like Sachin, Ganguli, Kumble, Laxman, Dravid. India needs a few all rounders and genuine pace bowlers if she wants to establish her dominance in the international cricket. Physical fitness has been ignored even by our younger players like Munaf, Irfan, and Dhoni and many others. Our players should learn athleticism from the Australians and English players. In ODI unless you have superb fielders (like Kaif and Raina) you are not going to keep your oponents within a stricking distance.

For the next World Cup in our home country we should prepare slow turning wickets, groom five deadly spinners, retire all the pacemen, pack the side with batsmen, and bamboozle all the visiting teams....(by that time Murali wont be there so no worry!)

Lets hope that this doesn't happen but even if this happens then we shall look for the reasons first and try to rectify them.
I would refrain from saying that this particular player shall be removed or that shall be removed. Because we shall see that who has played badly and then take some action. The action can not be predefined.
