Either "Octavarium" by Dream Theater or "When the Water Breaks" by Liquid Tension Experiment.

Octavarium is amazing. It's 24 minutes long (not repetitious electronic music, either), and it has incredible lyrics and instrumentals. In my opinion, it's one of the most well-written songs of this era.

When the Water Breaks is also amazing. It's almost 17 minutes long, purely instrumental. 3 of the 4 guys playing are presently in Dream Theater, and all four of the people are essentially the best in the music business at their respective instruments. Sheer awesomeness ensues.
