I am not sure why ! They just took 14 points the other day poof ! A notice came up and said -14 points no e-mail no violation notice nada. So I have no clue.

It's not the Yahoo Answer team. It's just people flagging your questions or answers for whatever reason. I don't think Yahoo could hire enough people to go through every single one of these questions 24 hours a day. Their software can't figure out what's legit and what's not.
Other people flag them. Maybe they're offended, maybe being malicious, or they just can't read. I've had legitimate questions removed. Doesn't surprise me at all.

I did not get in trouble with them. I try to follow the guidelines in yahoo answers.

When I asked if anyone knew waht happened to a little boy who died in my area, I knew his mom from highschool, and was wondering how it happened. Guess thats not allowed huh? oops!

about 2 months ago...some guy posted a question about doing some pretty sick things to a baby...so i put "you should be rotting in hell" and i got in trouble :( i've behaved since then

I have never had a problem...other than my picture disappearing for a couple of days.
