After Vitamin C...?

the one you put in the water, I get this tense headache. Has anyone felt the same? And why? I thought it helps you!!!? any information???

You should try ester -c or buffered if is not its too acid can cause headache.PS orange juice contains mold ,fresh fruit is better and becomes alkaline in body.Acid things cause pain .

Well, everyone has different reactions. Stop taking it and drink fresh orange juice instead. If that is OK, you get your vitamins from a natural source and you stop taking the substance -probably one of the additives - that cause you the headache.
