Go to University of Arkansas.

University of Oklahoma is suffering financially while the Wal Mart heirs are pumping millions into U of Ark. There you will have a better chance of obtaining funding in the form of grants and scholarships.

They also have a higher ranked library and some very, very prestigious professors. (Because they pay better).

Which school has the stronger program? I would talk to the faculty advisors in each school and ask them all the questions needed to make an informed decision. You'll want to compare tuition rates also. Can you get recommendations from Alumni? Ask the alumni depts. of each school.

Look at what school gives you the better finanical aid package and what school has the better program, look at where the biochem professors graduated from and if one set is more published the other. It all boils down to what school you want to go to, if you want to stay closer to home or not.
