because I always sleep at pass midnight, and sometimes I would wake at the afternoon and I didn't eat my breakfast can anyone help me??

I do that sometimes. Then when you sleep until noon you are not tired at 9 or 10 when you should go to sleep so you stay up late again.

The best fix for me is to set my alarm and get up early (8 or 9). Then later when you are tired do NOT take a nap. Then you will be ready for bed at a reasonable time.

When school is in then I am fine, but in the summer and breaks I fall into this trap. I just prefer to be up late.

What is important to you? Write down a list of things you want to get done vs. things you must get done. Prioritize your list and get the must-dos done early in the day. Then make a cut off of a time in the day you will stop doind things and relax. The more you take care of yourself the more you will accomplish when you do do things.
