I did a reverse phone number look up at whitepages.com and it doesn't like the area code you provided. I would say change that and then try a reverse search. Even if it's a cell phone, it will usually tell you who owns the phone number, company wise, but not the name of the person that claims that phone number as theirs. Good luck!
