Suggestion: get more sleep at night. Another possibility: you are bored & uninterested in class: take an interest, put your mind on the subject, you won't be as sleepy.

I guess you have to make an adult choice here, cookie! You don't need help from others, you know the answer to this question. It's not caffeine, it's not sugar.....it's.....??? YEAH!!! You got it!! SLEEP!! What will happen when you have a real-life job? Will you tell the boss you can't do your work in the morning because you're sleepy? Just remember, you'll always get an "A" for effort, so try it.

I'm always sleepy in class; so is every other student. I have two words for you:
More. Caffeine.

you dont give your age but according to research teens in highschool should get 9 - 11 hours of sleep at night. so turn off the radio, tv, video games, phone, whatever and get to bed early two or three nights a week
